Hany
An on-demand home services app: book pros trained and certified by the Hany Academy for repairs, installations, cleaning and more, follow every request in real time and track the pro on the map, with liability-insured professionals.
For Hany we built a complete home-services marketplace: an app for customers and one for the pros, the operations back end that runs orders and pricing, an ERP and data pipeline for finance, and Hany Track, the field tool technicians use to log equipment maintenance.
What we built
Customer app
Browse services by city, book at a fixed price or ask for quotes, pay, chat with the pro and follow the job through to the invoice.
Hany Pro app
Pros receive and accept jobs, set their availability, get directions, run each job and see their earnings.
Operations back end
Orders, quotes, per-city catalogue and pricing, promo codes, referrals, ratings and help requests behind one API.
ERP & data pipeline
An Odoo ERP fed by a data pipeline that turns order settlements into invoices and a sales dashboard.
Hany Track
A field tool: technicians scan a unit's QR tag, log the visit with photos and parts used, and managers validate the work.
