Kool Club is the loyalty and ordering app for Kool Smoothies. We built the whole thing: the iOS and Android app, an Apple Wallet loyalty pass and home-screen widget, an in-store POS, the web storefront and the commerce and loyalty engine behind them all.
What we built
Customer app
Menu, cart and checkout for delivery, pickup or dine-in, with live driver tracking, a store map, rewards and a QR scan tab.
Wallet pass & widget
An Apple Wallet loyalty card that updates after every order, plus an iOS home-screen widget showing tier and Shakas.
In-store POS
A tablet app that scans loyalty and order QR codes, customises drinks and checks stock at the counter.
Web storefront
A trilingual online shop with card payments and a wishlist.
Commerce & loyalty engine
The backend for menu, orders, tiers, challenges, rewards and notifications over push, SMS, WhatsApp and email.
Integrations
Order and catalogue sync with the stores' till system, plus CMS, search and analytics.
