A dedicated app for Morocco Mall tenants to communicate with mall management, submit requests, and track tickets in real time.
Mall Tenants replaces WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and paper forms between Morocco Mall and its 200+ stores. Tenants work from a mobile app; each mall department works from a web back office, with approval workflows that route every request to the right team.

An iOS and Android app for store teams to send requests, report issues and get invoices, documents and mall news.

Mall departments approve, assign and track requests from dashboards, calendars and worklists.
Approval engine & API
Role-based access, multi-step approvals, file storage and email, SMS and push notifications, with a full audit trail.
Store opening
The fit-out and opening process turned into guided digital steps, from plan approval to opening day.
