An HR intranet for Groupe Aksal: one portal for leave, missions, training, documents and onboarding, with an in-house AI assistant.
For Groupe Aksal we built an HR intranet that gives every employee one place for their whole working life at the company, from the first day of onboarding to leave, missions, training and appraisals. HR runs it from a customised back office.
What we built
Employee portal
A web portal with dashboards for employees, managers and HR, a staff directory and org chart, payslips and every HR request.
HR back office
An Odoo-based system with 15 custom modules and an HR admin guide.
Legal portal
Employees submit legal requests, follow approvals, track contracts and browse the document archive.
Collaboration barometer
An anonymous survey on cross-team collaboration, opened from a campaign link with no login.
AKSAL Chat
An internal AI assistant that answers employees' HR questions.
